A. We only hold personal information for security purposes for referencing your account. We do not share or sell membership details to any third parties. Any part of the site that requires you to enter personal information is protected by industry-recognised security protocols offering the highest level of encryption to keep your details safe.

Q. How do I log on to my account? 06 Nov 05
A. Simply enter your username and password in the login box to the left of the screen. You will automatically be redirected to your personal members area. Your username is either:
  1. created by you when signing-up via the website.
  2. created by us when activating your account. (You will receive your details by post)
You can update your details at any time. If you feel your security details have been compromised please contact us.

If you forget your details use the 'forgot password' option in the login box. Your details will be sent to your registered email address or will be sent by post if this is not an option.

A. You can update your information anytime you want by logging in to your personal area and updating your details.

A. We will de-activate your account if you decide to leave U&I. We only store member information for the term of membership.
